Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with elderly clients and their family members.
- Handle inquiries regarding elder care services, packages, and support programs.
- Coordinate service delivery with caregivers, nurses, and support staff.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and service quality.
- Address complaints, concerns, and service issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate client records and update service information in the system.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and explaining care plans and service procedures.
- Monitor service schedules and ensure timely delivery of care services.
- Prepare reports on client feedback, service performance, and retention metrics.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
