Assist and guide employees in resolving professional issues and disputes related to clients, transporters,
vendors, and other business associates.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Identify, recruit, and onboard qualified and talented candidates for various positions within the company.
Ensure that the company attracts and retains high-performing employees.
Training & Employee Development
Train new joiners and help them understand company policies, procedures, and work culture.
Continuously work towards enhancing employee skills, productivity, and professional growth.
Operations Management
Coordinate between departments to improve efficiency and workflow.
Business Development Exports & Imports
Actively contribute to the growth of the company's export and import business.
Explore new business opportunities, establish connections, and work towards securing new deals and
partnerships.
Team Building & Workplace Harmony
Foster a positive, professional, and collaborative work environment.
Build strong teamwork and maintain harmony among employees across all departments.
Company Growth & Development
Support management in implementing strategies that contribute to overall company growth.
Take initiatives that improve operational efficiency, employee performance, and business expansion.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
