- Collect and submit documents to clients, banks, government offices, advocates, and registration offices.
- Assist in preparing and organizing property documents, agreements, sale deeds, and registry-related paperwork.
- Coordinate with clients regarding document collection and verification.
- Maintain physical and digital records of files and legal documents.
- Visit Sub-Registrar Offices, Panchayat, BL&LRO, Municipality, and other government offices whenever required.
- Assist the sales and legal team with documentation and follow-ups.
- Handle courier dispatches and receive important company documents.
- Ensure all files are organized and updated.
- Perform general office administration and support daily operations.
- Learn about land records, mutation, registry, agreements, deeds, and other real estate documentation through company-provided training.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
