Key Responsibilities Define and maintain a multi-quarter product roadmap aligned with business and customer goals. Author PRDs; partner with Engineering, QA, and Support to ensure successful GA releases. Standardize release notes, demo readiness, and field enablement processes. Manage 3 direct reports (Product Marketing & Technical Publications specialists), ensuring high-quality content and demo delivery. Collaborate with the CEO and VP Product on AI/ML, LLM, multi-cloud, and storage strategy. Engage with customers, analysts, and partners to refine positioning and gather feedback for future releases. Collect and document input from users, customers, and community members to shape product direction. Research competitive solutions (commercial and open source) to inform positioning and roadmap decisions. Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Field teams to support go-to-market, demos, and enablement content. Support sales and marketing activities by creating presentations, blogs, demos, and technical collateral. Review and provide feedback on technical documentation for product releases. Qualifications 8–10+ years in product management, ideally within infrastructure, cloud, or Kubernetes environments. Proven ownership of releases and roadmap delivery; strong alignment with customers and analysts. Expertise in Kubernetes, multi-cloud, persistent storage, and familiarity with AI/ML and LLM applications. Linux skills and direct experience with Linux container technologies and Kubernetes. Skills in distributed systems, storage technologies, software-defined networking (SDN), enterprise logging, and monitoring solutions. Extensive knowledge of the Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF) ecosystem and open-source community engagement. Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, or similar cloud environments. Experience managing small teams and collaborating across functions. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Preferred Skills Familiarity with container runtimes, Kubernetes workloads, and schedulers. Exposure to performance and scale of distributed systems such as Kubernetes. Experience with agile development processes and tools (e.g., Jira). Ability to create technical collateral including presentations, demos, and blogs.
Pay: ₹130,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
