About the Role
GrowthFather Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and closing sales for digital marketing services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital channels.
- Conduct meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Prepare and send business proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth project onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify market opportunities.
- Represent the company at business events, exhibitions, and networking programs.
Required Skills

Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, MBA, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Experience in the digital marketing industry will be an added advantage.
Salary
₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
