Job Summary
Ritz Corporation is seeking a dynamic and persuasive Tele Sales Executive to connect with potential investors, manage outbound and inbound calls, and effectively communicate our investment projects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving investor engagement, scheduling meetings, and supporting the sales pipeline from initial contact to closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective investors and generate leads
- Handle inbound investor inquiries and provide accurate information
- Clearly explain Ritz Corporation’s projects, investment plans, and value propositions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing investors
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between investors and senior management
- Follow up regularly with leads to ensure conversion
- Maintain a detailed database of calls, interactions, and investor status
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets
- Address investor queries and concerns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve outreach strategies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- 0–3 years of experience in tele sales / inside sales / customer handling
- Excellent communication and convincing skills (English + Telugu/Hindi preferred)
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain financial or investment concepts clearly
- Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM tools
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented
Preferred Skills
- Experience in investment, real estate, fintech, or financial services
- Prior experience handling investor calls or high-value clients
- Ability to build trust and long-term relationships
