- Conduct Spoken English and basic communication skills sessions for students in an engaging and interactive manner.
- Assess students' language proficiency and provide guidance to improve speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
- Prepare and deliver lesson plans, practice activities, and assessments as per the training curriculum.
- Maintain student attendance, progress records, and training-related documentation using basic computer applications.
- Encourage student participation through group discussions, role plays, presentations, and other interactive activities.
- Support students in developing confidence, interview skills, and workplace communication skills to enhance their employability.
- Preferred Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, internet).
- Ability to motivate and guide learners from diverse backgrounds.
- Prior teaching or training experience will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹14,500.00 per month
