About the Role
Vedam School of Technology is looking for passionate Junior Faculty (DSA) who have strong problem-solving skills and are enthusiastic about teaching and mentoring aspiring software engineers. If you enjoy solving coding problems, helping students learn, and are active on competitive programming platforms, we'd love to hear from you.
Eligibility
- M.Tech candidates are preferred.
- B.Tech candidates with exceptional problem-solving skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms.
- Excellent coding skills in Java, C++, or Python.
- Good communication and teaching aptitude.
Preferred Profile
Candidates with active and strong profiles on competitive coding platforms such as:
- LeetCode
- Codeforces
- CodeChef
- AtCoder
- GeeksforGeeks

Responsibilities
- Assist faculty during DSA classes and mentor students.
- Conduct doubt-solving sessions and provide academic support.
- Create coding problems, assignments, and assessments.
- Review student submissions and track their progress.
- Help students prepare for coding interviews and competitive programming.
- Contribute to academic content development and curriculum improvement.
Preferred Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring.
- Familiarity with coding interview preparation.
- Knowledge of algorithms, time complexity, and competitive programming concepts.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
