Job Brief
We are a growing NBFC seeking a high-energy, target-driven Sales Representative/Relationship Officer to expand our retail and business loan portfolios. In this role, you will be the face of our company, helping individuals and businesses secure the right financial products to meet their goals. If you have a knack for building trust, understanding financial needs, and closing deals, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Your primary objective will be to drive sales across our multi-product lending suite:
- Loan Against Property (LAP) & Home Loans: Source high-ticket mortgage and housing loans by targeting property owners, buyers, and builders.
- Business Loans & Personal Loans: Pitch unsecured and secured business funding to MSMEs/retailers, and personal loans to salaried/self-employed individuals.
- Gold Loans: Drive walk-ins and active outreach for instant gold loan products, ensuring quick valuation and processing assistance.
- Lead Generation & Networking: Build a robust pipeline through cold calling, field visits, digital leads, and a strong network of Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) or connectors.
- End-to-End Execution: Guide customers through the entire loan lifecycle—from initial pitch and document collection to coordinating with credit/underwriting teams for smooth disbursement.
- Relationship Management: Maintain zero-default portfolios by ensuring high customer satisfaction and timely follow-ups.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 1 to 4 years of proven sales experience in an NBFC or Bank, specifically handling retail asset products (LAP, PL, BL, HL, or Gold Loans).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of basic KYC documentation, financial profiles, and loan eligibility criteria.
Core Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license for local field travel.
