Role & Responsibilities
· HR System Management: Manage and maintain HR systems, including HRIS, attendance tracking, and other HR-related software.
· Data Analysis: Analyze HR data to provide insights and trends, and make recommendations for process improvements.
· Reporting: Generate reports on HR metrics, such as employee headcount, attendance, and training data.
· Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy and integrity, and implement data validation processes.
· Process Automation: Identify opportunities to automate HR processes using technology.
· Collaboration: Work with HR teams to understand their data needs and provide support.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
· 3+ years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
· Hands-on experience with HR software/HRIS (e.g., Zoho People, SAP, Keka, etc.).
· Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
· High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
