Position: Customer Support Engineer
Role Summary
Provide technical assistance to customers, diagnose issues, resolve product-related problems,
and ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication and technical
expertise.
Skills:
Hands on embedded systems.
Willing to travel on site for work.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone.
Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers.
Reproduce customer-reported problems and identify root causes.
Escalate complex issues to engineering or development teams when necessary.
Document customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
Assist customers with product installation, configuration, and upgrades.
Create and maintain knowledge-base articles and technical documentation.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and quality assurance teams to improve product
performance and customer satisfaction.
Provide training and guidance to customers on product features and best practices.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
