Job Overview
Inmogic Technologies is looking for a motivated Telesales Executive who will be responsible for connecting with potential customers over phone calls, explaining company services, and generating sales opportunities. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to convert leads into potential business.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce company services and offerings.
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Explain product/service features and benefits to prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with potential clients.
- Maintain and update customer information in CRM or Excel sheets.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Business Development team for qualified leads.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about services.
- Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and customer handling.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or CRM tools.
- Strong listening and negotiation skills.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer support.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
