Job Summary
The Brand Operations & Growth Lead will drive business growth across product development, brand management, e-commerce, quick commerce, aggregator platforms, offline retail, and corporate sales. The role focuses on improving revenue, profitability, customer experience, and operational efficiency through effective cross-functional coordination and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product development and new FMCG product launches.
- Manage e-commerce operations, marketplace performance, and digital sales growth.
- Oversee quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, etc.) to maximize sales and availability.
- Drive brand-building initiatives, marketing campaigns, and product promotions.
- Manage aggregator platforms, including listings, pricing, promotions, and customer ratings.
- Improve offline store performance through audits, merchandising, SOP compliance, and sales initiatives.
- Develop and grow corporate and institutional sales partnerships.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure seamless business operations.
- Monitor business performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement process improvements.
- Prepare MIS reports and track key business metrics.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5–8 years of experience in FMCG, Retail, E-commerce, Brand Management, or Business Operations.
- Strong understanding of omnichannel retail, product management, and business development.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
