We are looking for an experienced Fleet Manager to oversee and manage a large fleet of 100+ vehicles operating across multiple states. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in fleet operations, documentation, RTO compliance, and driver management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end operations of a fleet of 100+ vehicles across different states
- Ensure all vehicle documentation is up to date (insurance, permits, fitness, etc.)
- Handle RTO-related processes, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor vehicle performance, maintenance schedules, and cost optimization
- Manage and supervise drivers, including hiring, training, and performance tracking
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies
- Coordinate with vendors, service centers, and internal teams
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to fleet operations

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
