Qualification: BCA / B.Tech (IT, Computer Science, or related IT Background)
We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate Full Stack Developer Freshers with a strong interest in Backend Development. If you're eager to learn, work on real-time projects, and build scalable web applications, we'd love to have you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop responsive web applications using React.js and Node.js.
- Design and develop robust backend APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
- Integrate frontend components with backend services.
- Work with databases such as MongoDB or MySQL.
- Debug, test, and optimize applications for performance and security.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Follow coding standards, version control (Git), and best development practices.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
- Good understanding of Node.js and Express.js.
- Familiarity with MongoDB and RESTful APIs.
- Basic understanding of Git/GitHub.
- Knowledge of API integration and asynchronous programming.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
Eligibility
- BCA or B.Tech graduates from an IT/Computer Science background only.
- 0–6 months of experience (Freshers are welcome).
- 6 months of mandatory training before confirmation.
- Passion for backend development and continuous learning.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
