Order Processing & Dispatch
- Process daily website and marketplace orders, generate invoices/shipping labels, and coordinate timely dispatch of orders.
Inventory & Stock Coordination
Maintain stock records, update inventory in systems, and coordinate with production/packing teams to avoid stock issues.
Packaging & Quality Check
Ensure correct product selection, proper packaging, and final quality check before shipment.
Returns & Operations Support
Handle return orders, replacement requests, and support smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations across Shopify/Amazon.
