Job Summary
Edwin Academy is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Head with 5–8 years of proven experience in the EdTech industry. The Sales Head will be responsible for leading and managing the overall sales strategy, driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building a high-performing sales team across all branches.
The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, strategic planning ability, and in-depth knowledge of student enrollment cycles, institutional sales, and EdTech market trends. The candidate must be willing to travel extensively to all company branches as per organizational requirements.
Key Roles & Responsibilities1️ Sales Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational revenue targets.
- Prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly sales forecasts.
- Identify new market opportunities and expansion strategies.
2️ Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, mentor, and monitor branch sales teams.
- Set sales targets and KPIs for individual branches and team members.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training support.
3️ Revenue Generation & Business Development
- Drive student admissions and institutional tie-ups.
- Build strong relationships with schools, colleges, and educational partners.
- Identify new business channels (online & offline).
4️ Branch Coordination & Travel
- Visit branches regularly to monitor performance and guide teams.
- Ensure uniform implementation of sales policies across locations.
- Support new branch launches and market penetration strategies.
5️ Reporting & Analytics
- Track sales data, conversion rates, and revenue metrics.
- Present performance reports to senior management.
- Use CRM tools for monitoring lead management and pipeline status.
Eligibility Criteria
- Mandatory 5–8 years of experience in EdTech Sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across all branches.
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
