About the Role
Vivomed Innovation is looking for energetic, self-motivated, and science-backed freshers to join our dynamic field sales team. If you have a background in life sciences, a passion for sales, and love meeting new people, this is the perfect launchpad for your career. You will be responsible for driving business growth by pitching and selling medical supplies directly to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics.
Key Responsibilities
· Field Work & Client Acquisition: Conduct daily field visits to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare centers to meet doctors, procurement managers, and lab technicians.
· The Perfect Pitch: Deliver compelling, high-impact elevator pitches to busy healthcare professionals to grab their attention and present our medical supply solutions.
· Upselling: Identify existing client needs and pitch premium or complementary products (upselling) to maximize order value.
· Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, references, and market mapping.
· Relationship Management: Maintain excellent relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty.
Eligibility Criteria
· Education: Graduate / Postgraduate in B.Sc, M.Sc, or any Life Sciences / Medical background (Biology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Pharma, etc.).
· Experience: Freshers are highly welcomed and preferred!
· Joining Timeline: Candidates who can join immediately will be given top priority.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
