Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Architect with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in AutoCAD and SketchUp, along with a passion for design, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively on architectural projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing architectural designs and detailed drawings using AutoCAD.
- Create 3D models and visualizations using SketchUp.
- Collaborate with senior architects and designers on project development.
- Prepare presentations, layouts, and project documentation.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients as required.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards.
- Support the team in preparing BOQs, project reports, and material selections.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp (knowledge of other software like Revit, Lumion, or Photoshop is a big plus).
- Strong design and visualization skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations is an advantage.
