Position: Academic Counsellor
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and follow up on company-provided leads.
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and learners.
- Explain courses, fees, batch schedules, and admission procedures.
- Understand candidate requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain lead conversion pipelines.
- Convert enquiries into successful admissions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-up activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Academic Counselling, Telecalling, Student Counselling, or Sales.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong interpersonal and follow-up abilities.
- Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
- Comfortable handling telecalling and lead conversion activities.
Candidate Preference:
- Candidates currently based in Kerala will be preferred.
