- Handle end-to-end recruitment for junior and mid-level positions
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and references
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Assist in onboarding and joining formalities
- Support daily HR operations and employee documentation
- Coordinate attendance, leave records, and HR MIS reports
- Ensure smooth communication between employees and management
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
