About the Company
Pixel Media is a performance-driven influencer marketing and e-commerce agency working with 40+ D2C brands across India. We specialize in influencer campaigns, performance marketing (Meta & Google Ads), social media management, and end-to-end e-commerce operations across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and Shopify.
We are also building PMSOM (Pixel Media School of Marketing), a practical learning platform focused on marketing, design, and business skills, along with Brand Incubation Services to help D2C brands grow from zero to scale.
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Founder’s Office Associate to work directly with the Founder and leadership team. This role offers hands-on exposure to business operations, marketing, and startup building.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily execution, planning, and coordination with teams
- Track progress across sales, HR, finance, operations, and PMSOM
- Prepare reports, dashboards, client decks, and internal updates
- Assist in student and mentor coordination for PMSOM
- Maintain calendars, trackers, and follow-ups for smooth execution
- Attend founder meetings and ensure post-meeting execution
Candidate Profile
- Fresher or recent graduate with strong learning mindset
- Good communication skills in English
- Proficient in Google Workspace and Excel
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
- Interested in startups, marketing, or business operations
