Must have an AI-driven approach to SEO strategy and strong knowledge of both white-hat practices and black-hat techniques (with clear understanding of risks and compliance).
Key Expectations
● Minimum 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience (agency experience is mandatory).
● Proven experience handling multiple client projects at the same time.

Core Responsibilities
● Develop and execute complete SEO strategies (On-page, Off-page, Technical).
● Manage and distribute tasks among SEO executives.
● Monitor project progress and ensure quality control.
● Conduct competitor analysis and identify ranking opportunities.
● Track KPIs: organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversions.
● Handle client reporting and performance presentations (if required).
● Stay updated with algorithm changes and implement strategy adjustments.
● Coordinate with content, web development, and performance marketing teams.
Required Skills
● Strong command over Google Analytics & Search Console
● Experience with SEMrush / Ahrefs
● Technical SEO knowledge (site audit, indexing, Core Web Vitals)
● Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
