## Job Summary
As a *Backend Developer*, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable server-side applications, RESTful APIs, and microservices. You will work closely with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and product teams to deliver secure, reliable, and high-performance applications for international clients.

## Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications.
* Build RESTful APIs and microservices using *Node.js, Python, Go, or Java*.
* Design and optimize database schemas for *PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis*, and other databases.
* Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
* Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
* Deploy and maintain applications on *AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)*.
* Write clean, maintainable, well-documented, and reusable code.
* Develop unit tests, integration tests, and ensure high code quality.
* Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.
* Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, QA, and Product Managers.
* Participate in architecture discussions and code reviews.
* Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices.

## Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
* Minimum *5 years of Backend Development experience*.
* Strong experience with *Node.js, Python, Go, or Java*.
* Experience building *RESTful APIs* and *Microservices*.
* Strong knowledge of *PostgreSQL, **MongoDB, **Redis*, and SQL optimization.
* Experience working with *Docker* and containerized applications.
* Familiarity with *Git* and version control workflows.
* Experience deploying applications on *AWS, **Azure, or **Google Cloud Platform*.
* Strong understanding of API security, OAuth, JWT, and authentication mechanisms.
* Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.

* Experience with Kubernetes.
* Experience building event-driven architectures.
* Knowledge of RabbitMQ, Kafka, or message queues.
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
