1. Viral Reels & Shorts: Edit fast-paced, high-retention Reels/Shorts using sound design, dynamic subtitles, hook-based pacing, and trending audio.
2. Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create clear, engaging visual content for multiple formats.
3. Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain consistent brand identities.
4. Proficiency in Typography, including font pairing, hierarchy, and readability across digital and print materials.
5. Hands-on experience with industry-standard design and video tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects or equivalent).
6. Ability to edit and produce videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and other communication channels.
7. Strong visual storytelling, attention to detail, and the capacity to work from briefs and meet deadlines in an on-site environment.
