We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Officer responsible for achieving sales targets and strengthening customer relationships. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining regular communication with customers, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Sales Officer will also monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing insights that support the company’s sales growth and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to expanding the customer base.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Ensure timely order booking, product delivery, and follow-up on payment collection.
- Identify new business opportunities and monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability and smooth sales operations.
- Participate in promotional activities and marketing campaigns to strengthen brand visibility.
