Key Responsibilities:
Define end-to-end Workday architecture and solution design Lead Workday modules: Core HCM, Compensation, Time Tracking, Absence Design and manage integrations (EIB, Studio, APIs)Ensure scalability, security, and performance standards Work closely with business and technical teams for solution delivery.
Must-Have Skills:10+ years overall experience with strong Workday architecture exposure Hands-on in Core HCM, Compensation, Time Tracking, Absence Experience in Workday integrations (EIB/Studio/API)Strong understanding of Workday security, business processes, and data flow.
Note:Only candidates with architecture-level experience (not just functional/support)Immediate to short notice preferred
Pay: Up to ₹180,000.00 per month
