- Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with executives and department heads to anticipate future hiring needs and develop comprehensive sourcing strategies.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor a team of recruiters and sourcers.
- Employer Branding: Shape the company’s reputation to attract top-tier candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
- Process Optimization: Streamline recruitment workflows and utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to reduce time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
