Location: Navi Mumbai (in-office)
Duration: 3 months, with conversion to full-time Sales Executive role based on performance
Stipend: ₹5,000/month fixed + 2–3% incentive on every closed deal you source or convert (strong performers can pull ₹15,000–20,000+ through incentives)
Working days: 6 days/week, calling starts 11 AM - 8 PM
About Cineweds
We're a wedding photography and videography studio in Navi Mumbai, shooting cinematic, editorial-style weddings across Mumbai. We're looking for someone to own our outbound sales calling and lead follow-up so we can convert more of our incoming enquiries into booked weddings.
What you'll do
- Make outbound calls to leads who've enquired about our photography/videography packages
- Follow our call scripts to pitch our Silver, Gold Signature, and Diamond Premium packages
- Handle objections (pricing, availability, comparisons to other studios) using our playbook
- Follow up with warm leads via WhatsApp and calls until they book or drop off
- Maintain a daily call log and lead tracker
- Send quotations and coordinate next steps with the founder for closing calls
Who we're looking for
- Confident, comfortable talking on the phone for extended periods this is a high-volume calling role (30–50+ calls/day)
- Fluent in Hinglish — able to switch naturally between Hindi and English on a call
- Not thrown off by rejection; can move to the next call without losing energy
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets comfort for tracking leads
- Prior telecalling, sales, or customer service experience is a plus but not required we'll train you on our scripts and process
