Job Overview (US Shift)
We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Patient Engagement Manager who will directly coordinate with patients in the United States over phone calls. The primary responsibility of this role is to connect with leads generated by the social media and marketing team, engage with potential patients, and successfully convert them into booked appointments.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong convincing abilities, and prior experience handling US patient calling or appointment scheduling processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to leads generated through social media and marketing campaigns
- Engage with potential patients and explain available dental services and appointment options
- Convert inquiries and leads into confirmed appointments
- Build positive patient relationships through professional and empathetic communication
- Follow up with interested leads and maintain consistent communication
- Maintain accurate patient interaction records in CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal teams for appointment scheduling and follow-ups
- Ensure a high-quality patient experience throughout the communication process
Required Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in customer service, appointment scheduling, or US patient interaction
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
- Comfortable handling outbound calls during US shifts
- Familiarity with CRM tools and patient communication processes is preferred
