We provide Solution and Energy Efficiency Consulting, System Design, and Project Management covering EPC as well as maintenance across all elements of steam and hot water infrastructure. We also deliver specialist industry training to upskill operators and technicians in organisations that have boiler solutions.
The Role
You will coordinate field technicians to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery. Working closely with teams across Australia and India, you will support scheduling, customer communication, service administration, and operational planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule technicians to maximise productivity and meet customer commitments.
- Coordinate customer communications and provide service updates.
- Maintain accurate job records and reporting in MS Dynamics 365.
- Monitor work orders, technician utilisation, and service performance.
- Support invoicing through accurate documentation.
- Ensure safety documentation and compliance requirements are met.
- Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure material availability.
Role Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 5+ years' experience in service coordination, scheduling, or operations
- Strong communication, planning, and organisational skills
- Good understanding of mechanical equipment and service operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Dynamics 365 preferred)
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
