Job Title: Tech Support & Implementation Executive (Tools & Systems)

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Tech Support & Implementation Executive who can research, evaluate, implement, and hand over business tools to operational teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys exploring SaaS platforms, comparing features, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth implementation.
For example, if the business requires a WhatsApp automation platform like AiSensy for sales outreach and customer support, you will evaluate the available options, recommend the best fit based on business needs and pricing, coordinate with the vendor, complete the setup, and train the Revenue team for smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and evaluate SaaS tools based on business requirements.
- Compare multiple solutions on features, pricing, scalability, integrations, and support.
- Coordinate with vendors to understand product capabilities and negotiate the best plans.
- Lead the implementation and initial configuration of selected tools.
- Test workflows and ensure the solution is ready for business use.
- Create SOPs, user guides, and implementation documentation.
- Conduct knowledge transfer and training sessions for operational teams.
- Work closely with the Revenue, Sales, Customer Support, and Product teams to understand business needs.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes using technology.
- Provide post-implementation support and coordinate issue resolution with vendors.

Experience with one or more of the following is preferred:
- WhatsApp Business Platforms (AiSensy, Wati, Interakt, etc.)
- CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce)
- Automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n)
- Project Management Tools (ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Jira)
- Communication Tools (Slack, Microsoft Teams)
- Google Workspace & Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Applications, Business, or related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in Technical Support, Operations, SaaS Implementation, Business Operations, Product Operations, or similar roles.
- Freshers with exceptional analytical skills and strong technical aptitude may also apply.
