Interior Designer – Real Estate Developer Company
Position Summary
We are looking for a creative, experienced, and detail-oriented Interior Designer to handle the
design, planning, coordination, and execution of interior projects for residential and commercial
developments. The candidate should possess strong design visualization skills, technical
knowledge, and project coordination abilities to deliver aesthetically appealing and functional
interior spaces.
Experience Required
∙Minimum 6 years to Maximum 10 years of relevant experience in interior design
projects.
Key Responsibilities
∙Develop innovative interior design concepts, layouts, and space planning solutions.
∙Prepare design presentations, mood boards, material selections, and design proposals.
∙Create detailed working drawings, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, electrical layouts, and
3D visualizations.
∙Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, contractors, vendors, and project teams.
∙Supervise execution of interior works at project sites and ensure quality standards are
maintained.
∙Select materials, finishes, fixtures, furniture, lighting, and décor elements as per project
requirements.
∙Ensure projects are executed within approved timelines and budgets.
∙Conduct site visits, inspections, and resolve design or execution-related issues.
∙Review BOQs, vendor quotations, and material specifications.
∙Coordinate client requirements and incorporate design modifications where necessary.
∙Ensure compliance with safety standards, design specifications, and company quality
guidelines.
∙Maintain proper project documentation and progress reports.

Educational Qualification
∙Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
Preferred Industry Experience
∙Candidates with prior experience in Real Estate Developer companies, luxury residential
projects, commercial interiors, or high-end interior execution will be preferred.
Other Requirements
∙Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sense.
∙Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
∙Professional attitude with excellent client and vendor coordination skills.
∙Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
