- 1+ years of experience in Software Support or software hands on of Tally/Marg/Busy/Quick books/Any Other ERP or software.
- Creating and maintaining a positive and professional learning.
- Providing training to employees, Partners or Clients.
- Knowledge of internet, Ms Excel and word must.
- Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support to software users via phone, email, or chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software-related issues reported by customers.
- Guide customers through step-by-step solutions for software problems.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level technical support or engineering teams.
- Document and track issues reported by customers in the support ticketing system.
- Collaborate with product development teams to improve software based on user feedback.
- Conduct training sessions for new users and provide ongoing support.
- Understand the business process; configure the software as per training given.
- Support customer for data entry and guide them, if required do data entry for them.
- Insert customer data by inputting text based, Excel based and numerical information from source documents.
