Telecaller – Pharma Sales
Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and persuasive Telecaller to support our pharmaceutical sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting doctors, clinics, pharmacies, hospitals, distributors, and potential customers over the phone to promote pharmaceutical products, generate leads, schedule appointments, and maintain customer relationships.
Experience minimum 2 years
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to doctors, pharmacies, hospitals, distributors, and prospective customers.
- PCD and Third party clients
- Introduce and promote the company's pharmaceutical products and services.
- Generate sales leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Follow up with existing customers to maintain relationships and increase sales.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or Excel.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product information.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead conversion.
- Collect customer feedback and share market insights with management.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or pharmaceutical sales is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email).
- Ability to communicate professionally in Hindi and English.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
