Job Title: Associate Relationship Manager — Home Loans & LAP Location: Bengaluru (Jigani)
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: 0–3 years preferred; freshers welcome
Key Responsibilities: Source & originate Home Loan and LAP customers. Manage application, documentation, coordination with credit/operations, and disbursal. Maintain CRM, meet sales targets, and ensure compliance. Build partner relationships (brokers, builders) and handle post-disbursal queries. Skills: Strong communication in English & Hindi; Kannada a plus. Customer-focused, sales-driven, basic lending knowledge, MS Office/CRM.
