Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate with distributors, stockists, and the sales team for smooth order processing and dispatch.
- Maintain sales records, order details, and customer databases.
- Follow up with distributors and customers for pending payments and outstanding balances.
- Communicate regularly with distributors regarding orders, product availability, schemes, and delivery status.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
- Track sales orders from booking to delivery and ensure timely dispatch.
- Support the sales team in preparing quotations, invoices, and documentation.
- Coordinate with accounts, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle customer queries and resolve order-related issues.
- Assist management with sales data analysis and reporting.
Requirements
- Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration / Any Stream.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Strong coordination skills.
- Ability to follow up effectively for payments and pending orders.
- Good organizational and multitasking ability.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in sales coordination, distributor handling, or back-office sales support.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
