Business Development Executive ( International & Domestic Market)
Key Responsibilities
● Identify and develop new business opportunities in the market
● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and business partners
● Coordinate with the sales team to support business growth initiatives
● Assist in preparing sales strategies and business proposals
● Support contract discussions and commercial negotiations
● Understand company products and effectively present product benefits to clients
● Explore opportunities to diversify business and expand market presence
● Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows
● Maintain regular follow-ups with potential and existing clients
● Work closely with internal teams to achieve business targets
Required Skills
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Good negotiation and relationship-building abilities
● Understanding of business development and sales processes
● Self-motivated and target-oriented approach
● Ability to work independently and within a team
● Basic knowledge of metallurgical/raw material industry will be an added advantage
Qualification
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Metallurgy, Materials Science, or related field
● Experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Handling preferred
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
