• Ensure accurate and timely processing of direct party invoices. • Track CNS stock transfers and maintain updated records for all movements. • Coordinate with transporters/logistics teams to arrange deliveries as per schedule. • Acknowledge, investigate, and resolve customer complaints promptly regarding shortage and damage. • Maintain strong communication with the warehouse team to ensure smooth dispatch operations. • Follow up on pending dispatches and escalate delays when necessary. • Maintain documentation for billing, stock transfer, and dispatch activities. • Support internal teams with data, reports, and customer-related updates.
