Job Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging online technical training sessions for students.
- Teach programming concepts using Python, Scratch, and other technologies.
- Guide students through hands-on coding exercises and real-world projects.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments.
- Track student progress and provide regular feedback.
- Create an interactive and enjoyable learning environment.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Python programming.
- Knowledge of Scratch Programming is an added advantage.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and working with students.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and teaching methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior teaching or technical training experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Fluency in Malayalam is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of AI tools, web development, or other programming languages is a plus.
Training & Support
- Comprehensive training will be provided by ForSyntax for selected candidates who are eager to learn.
- Freshers with a strong interest in coding and teaching are encouraged to apply.
- Continuous mentoring and support will be provided to help trainers succeed.
