Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collect blood samples using venipuncture and capillary puncture techniques.
- Verify patient identity and accurately label specimens.
- Follow infection control, safety, and quality standards.
- Prepare and reassure patients before sample collection.
- Handle, store, and transport specimens according to laboratory protocols.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Monitor patients for any adverse reactions during or after blood collection.
- Maintain cleanliness of the phlebotomy area and equipment.
- Coordinate with laboratory staff and healthcare professionals to ensure timely sample processing.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory guidelines.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
