Job Purpose
To provide comprehensive technical support to the Managing Director by monitoring and coordinating all ongoing residential projects from the Corporate Office. The role is responsible for reviewing project progress, construction quality, planning, cost, contractor performance, technical documentation, and ensuring timely execution of projects through effective coordination with Project Heads and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Support to the Managing Director
- Assist the Managing Director in monitoring the progress of all ongoing residential projects.
- Review project execution, construction methodologies, quality standards, and adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
- Provide technical inputs and recommendations to facilitate management decisions.
- Highlight project risks, delays, and critical issues requiring management intervention.
2. Project Monitoring & Coordination
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly project progress against approved schedules.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Consultants, Architects, and Contractors to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Follow up on pending action items and ensure timely closure.
3. Planning & MIS Reporting
- Review project schedules prepared in MS Project or Primavera.
- Prepare project dashboards and management reports covering:
- Physical progress
- Budget utilization
- Cost variance
- Contractor performance
- Material status
- Quality observations
- Safety compliance
- Present project updates to the Managing Director.
4. Technical Review
- Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings submitted by consultants.
- Monitor implementation of design revisions and approved technical changes.
- Evaluate technical proposals, value engineering suggestions, and construction methodologies.
5. Quality & Safety Monitoring
- Monitor compliance with QA/QC procedures and quality standards.
- Review quality audit reports, snag lists, and corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to project safety standards and statutory requirements.
6. Cost & Contract Coordination
- Review project budgets, contractor bills, BOQs, and variation orders.
- Coordinate with Contracts, Procurement, QS, and Finance departments for commercial and contractual matters.
- Assist in identifying cost optimization opportunities without compromising quality.
7. Project Review Meetings
- Organize and attend project review meetings chaired by the Managing Director.
- Prepare agendas, technical presentations, and Minutes of Meetings (MoM).
- Track action points and follow up with respective departments for timely completion.
8. Site Visits & Inspections
- Conduct periodic site visits to review construction quality, progress, safety, and project status.
- Prepare inspection reports highlighting observations, risks, and recommendations.
- Verify completion of critical activities before reporting to the Managing Director.
9. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain technical records, project documentation, approvals, drawings, and correspondence.
- Prepare presentations, technical summaries, and reports for Board Meetings and Management Reviews.
- Ensure timely submission of project MIS and status reports.
10. Special Projects
- Support the Managing Director in evaluating new land acquisitions, project feasibility, technical due diligence, and strategic development initiatives.
- Perform any additional technical assignments entrusted by the Managing Director.
Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
- M.E./M.Tech in Structural Engineering or MBA (Project Management) will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 8–15 years of experience in residential real estate construction.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in high-rise residential building projects.
- Experience in Corporate Office project monitoring and coordination is preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
