Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented MIS Executive to join our team at Barapani Factory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing reports, managing data, and supporting management with accurate MIS for effective decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Collect, compile, and analyze data from various departments.
- Generate production, inventory, dispatch, and operational reports.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to management.
- Maintain and update databases and records.
- Coordinate with production, stores, accounts, and other departments for data collection.
- Identify and rectify data discrepancies.
- Assist management with data analysis and ad-hoc reporting requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in MIS, Reporting, Data Management, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and data analysis functions.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment will be preferred.
- Knowledge of ERP software will be an added advantage.
