Job Summary:
Aakash Educational Services Ltd is looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Education Counsellor to join our team. The counsellor will play a key role in guiding students and parents on Aakash programs (Medical, Engineering, Foundation) and converting inquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel walk-in and telephonic inquiries for AESL courses (NEET, JEE, Foundation).
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs accordingly.
- Provide detailed information about course content, fees, schedule, and outcomes.
- Assist students in the enrolment process and ensure complete documentation.
- Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to ensure timely conversion.
- Coordinate with the academic and operations team to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Participate in seminars, school visits, and marketing campaigns as needed.
- Maintain and update lead records in the internal system (CRM/SIS).
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in any discipline (Education or Science background preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in counselling/admissions/sales (education sector preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude
- Willingness to work on weekends and during admission seasons
- Knowledge of competitive exams like NEET/JEE is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
