Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing business data, preparing reports, maintaining dashboards, and providing actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, maintain, and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Create dashboards and reports using MS Excel and other reporting tools.
- Generate business insights and performance reports for management.
- Monitor data accuracy and ensure timely updates of records.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, HR, Finance, and other departments to gather reporting requirements.
- Track key business metrics and identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Maintain databases and ensure data integrity.
- Support management with ad-hoc reports and business analysis.
- Assist in process improvement and reporting automation initiatives.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Charts, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation).
- Good understanding of MIS reporting and data management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle large datasets efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of Power BI, Google Sheets, or reporting tools will be an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in MIS, Reporting, Data Analysis, or related roles.
- Freshers with excellent Excel skills are encouraged to apply.
