About Position:
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with 8?10 years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting Salesforce applications, particularly within healthcare-focused environments. This is an individual contributor role focused on building scalable, high-quality solutions using Salesforce Health Cloud and Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, integrations, and Salesforce configuration, along with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and support end-to-end delivery.

What You'll Do:
- Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Schedulers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Configure and customize Salesforce Health Cloud including patient/member profiles, care programs, timelines, and data models
- Work extensively on Service Cloud features such as Cases, Queues, assignment rules, workflows, Omni-Channel, and service processes
- Build and maintain Flows, validation rules, page layouts, record types, and permission sets
- Develop and support REST/SOAP integrations with external systems, preferably healthcare platforms
- Perform data handling and management using SOQL/SOSL, Data Loader, and Workbench
- Support UAT processes, troubleshoot defects, and provide production support
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and developers for solution delivery
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 5 to 8 years of strong Salesforce development experience
- Deep knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and Service Cloud
- Experience building and supporting integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security and sharing model
- Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Exposure to Healthcare or Life Sciences domain is preferred
- Knowledge of HL7/FHIR integrations is an added advantage
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer 1 or Health Cloud are a plus
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
