Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic telecalling & social media Coordinator to handle customer communication and online marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound and inbound calls to customers for inquiries, follow-ups, and sales support
- Handle customer queries and provide product/service information
- Manage and update social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Create and post basic marketing content, updates, and promotional offers
- Respond to messages, comments, and leads from social media
- Maintain customer records and follow-up details
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
