Job Summary
- The Maintenance Head is responsible for planning, supervising, and executing all civil and electrical maintenance activities to ensure smooth operation of plant, factory, commercial building, or facility infrastructure. Civil Maintenance Responsibilities
- Supervise maintenance and repair of buildings, roads, drainage systems, roofing, flooring, plumbing, and structural works.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for civil infrastructure.
- Monitor construction, renovation, and interior modification works.
- Ensure proper upkeep of water supply, sewage systems, and fire safety infrastructure.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for civil projects and repairs.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify structural damages and safety risks.
- Maintain records of civil maintenance activities and material usage.
Electrical Maintenance Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance of electrical systems, panels, transformers, generators, motors, and lighting systems.
- Ensure uninterrupted power supply and proper functioning of electrical equipment.
- Plan preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical breakdowns and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and statutory regulations.
- Monitor energy consumption and suggest energy-saving improvements.
- Coordinate AMC services and vendor activities for electrical equipment.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for civil infrastructure.
