Job Description
TZAHU is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to convert leads into customers.
Responsibilities
- Experience in handling Real Estate and Solar sales/business development is highly preferred.
- Connect with potential clients via calls and meetings.
- Follow up with prospects and close sales.
- Maintain CRM and sales records.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- 6+ months of experience in Sales/Business Development.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic CRM/MS Excel knowledge is an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
