Style Junkiie is looking for a sales-driven and customer-focused CRM & Clienteling Executive to manage customer relationships, repeat sales, WhatsApp communication, and premium customer engagement for our growing fashion brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with customers through WhatsApp and calls based on CRM campaign lists
- Share personalised product recommendations, new arrivals, lookbooks & curated edits
- Follow up with VIP customers, abandoned carts, dormant customers & interested leads
- Assist customers with sizing, product selection, website checkout & order placement
- Maintain CRM trackers with customer interactions and follow-up updates
- Coordinate with ecommerce, inventory & logistics teams for smooth customer support
- Collect customer feedback and identify repeat-purchase opportunities
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
- Strong WhatsApp and customer-handling etiquette
- Sales-oriented mindset with disciplined follow-ups
- Basic fashion sense and understanding of customer styling needs
- Comfortable with Google Sheets, Shopify & CRM tools.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in CRM, ecommerce sales, fashion retail, premium retail, clienteling, personal shopping, or WhatsApp sales will be preferred.
